Each property is furnished to a very high standard. Facilities include a communal lounge, dining area, kitchen, utility room, superb bathrooms and shower rooms. Should you own a car, there is ample parking.

The lounge is furnished to allow our clients to view the large screen Tv and satelite channels in comfort. There are framed prints and a large mirror. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with all the facilities you would expect in an executive household, including a Dishwasher. There is a table with enough seating for everyone. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Each property also has a land line telephone with free local and national calls.

A weekly visit by a cleaner will ensure that the house is kept in pristine condition and a regular visit by a gardener will keep the patio and garden neat and tidy.
